To our Expectant Parents,

We would like to welcome you to Sylvan Family Health Centre and offer our congratulations on the expected arrival of your baby.

As a group of Family Medicine Practitioners, we are dedicated in optimizing the best health for all our patients. We ofter incorporate other resources and supports available to achieve best health.

With respect to the upcoming birth of your baby, please be advised that our physicians share the responsibility of obstetrical call duties. This means it is very likely that another physician within our group may be providing care during your delivery. The delivering physician will have access to your prenatal records and will provide care.
